New article name is Ralph Cecil Ralph Cecil, born Tomotetsu Kaminichi, is an accomplished Japanese artist. He is best known for paintings such as: "Bread in a Basket", "Cat in a Window", "House by the Sea", and "Large One".

Early Life: Ralph Cecil was born in the outskirts of Osaka Japan on August 18, 1934. Born to Sun and Ming Kaminichi, he was severly autistic at birth. Both of his parents were Hindu, and he currently follows his parents religious practices and is fully devoted to the Hindu lifestlye. He attended Vishishtadviata Vedanta, a school for Hindu philosophy, at an early age. Early in his life he was placed into a witness protection program because his grandfather was an American citizen, and he knew that Japan would not be safe for Tomotetsu during WWII. Because of this he was relocated to Wyoming and his name was changed to Ralph Cecil. His grandfather was a drug lord during WWII, growing poppies in a large garden in their Wyoming home.

Paintings: Many of Ralphs' paintings relate to heroin, sadism, poppies, or everyday scenes. Because he was autistic, his painting were wild and symbolically sexual, they never actually looked good, but many people buy his paintings because they are a window into an autistic and perverted mind.

Current Life: Ralph still lives in his home in Wyoming with his wife, Sue Cecil. They own a Japanese restraunt called "Cecil's Thorny Dragon". The restraunt is not a major success, but their main source of income comes from Ralph's paintings.
