Tyrin Barney, or widely known as 'Rampayj', is an American music producer and DJ born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on March 18th 1995 to his mother 'Kellsa'. Tyrin was the eldest brother to his 3 younger sisters and without his biological father in his life, he learned at a very young age what it meant to be a great influence as well as a role model to those around him.

His passion and love for music began at a very young age as he grew up listening to everything from classical symphony to Hip hop. Though he never studied music until after Highschool, it was at that point in his life he wanted to pursue his dream creating music of all kinds.

Influenced by Musicians around the world, he adapted everything he heard to create a distinct sound of his own.
