  • .Net Framework v3.5

Download[edit]

Google Code Page

Installation[edit]

Just unarchive the file, and run it. Unless you need the newest .Net Framework, it should run straight away.

Usage[edit]

  1. Login.
  2. Next click on an image in the category.
  3. Right click and hit process.
  4. Image will start sized with the largest dimension at 300px. Adjust as necessary and hit resize.
  5. The image will be uploaded automatically, and you will be asked to confirm its upload.
  6. The templates will automatically be swapped out, if the program has trouble it will ask you to do it manually.
  7. You will then be asked whether you want to return to the category or not.
  8. Go back to step 2.
  9. When finished please close the program without logging out. If you do, the program may have trouble editing the usage log, which is how we know how many images the tool has helped to resize. The program should log you out automatically.

Trouble-Shooting Guide[edit]

Internet Explorer Script Errors: This can be fixed by turning off the active scripts in Internet Explorer's Security settings. You can do this by opening IE, and going to the internet options (Tools -> Internet Options, in IE8). You must then go to the security tab and hit the 'Custom Level' button. Scroll down the list, and pretty much at the bottom is the scripting section. Find the Active Scripts sub level and select disable. Please note: this will disable javascript, so if you use IE as your main browser, you probably will want to re-enable active scripts after you are done using this tool. I would suggest adopting a different browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome. A large list of browsers can be found here.

Resize Preview: Sometimes the wrong image (a previous one usually) will appear in the preview. This will be fixed in a new version, for now, just move the slider, so that the image you want appears and everything should work just fine. (Fixed)

If you encounter an error not listed here please leave me a note on my talk page with the error. Please be as specific as possible. Screen shots are usually very helpful.
