REY JAY EMPASIS CABALLERO,

A filipino citizen,born on August 19, 1991 at Manolo Fortich Bukidnon.Recieved a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineer and Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from 2008-2013.He is a Yacht Captain and A Oiler/Able Bodied Seaman in Oil Chemical Tanker Vessel(Unlimited).He was awarded and recognized by all Maritime Industries as the youngest ships captain at the age of 22 years old.He overwhelmed all the duties and resposibilities in navigation.In his young age he was well demanded on all shipping companies but all of them declined by him.Instead he gave up his career in maritime industries and shift to another career.As he said in interview he want to work as an engineer in landbase job for that was he dreamt of before.As of now, we havent news about him.
