Nervous Energy is an independent record label specializing in noise, experimental music and punk rock from Camberwell, South London. Their primary release format is cassette tape.
History
[edit]Nervous Energy formed in 2017, releasing on cassette format and regularly doing distro tables at local events. They also distribute cassettes from other labels, t-shirts and jewellery.
Artists who have released material on Nervous Energy Records
[edit]Tweedle described by The Quietus as "field recordings, impulsive singsongery and zero-audience-underground punk spirit" released their first cassette on the label in Summer 2017.[1]
Other bands on the label include Owner, ...And The City Mouse, Days Fade, Nights Grow, Haise Point, Pieties, Louis. and Mea Culpa.
