Balsall Parish Council is one of approximately 8,500 Parish councils in England and operates within the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull, England. The parish includes the village of Balsall Common, Meer End, Fen End, Chadwick End and Temple Balsall.

According to the 2001 UK census, Balsall parish has a population of 6,234.[2]
