PUNK-OUT!

Punk-Out! was the world's first 'punk' television show. It originated at 519 W. State Street in Ithaca, New York. (The Cerrache Cablevision Studio.) The program was hosted by a local resident called Rod Swindle (Rod Ice) from 1979-1980. The co-host was Manic McManus (David Bly). Bly still resides in Ithaca today.

Punk-Out! was offered on channel 13 (WCIC-TV) of the local cable system. It was a product of the Community Access TV group.
