Working towards SUL - unifying logins[edit]
I hereby confirm my intention to rename the temporary username Royce Williams to Royce on all remaining projects, including the usernames listed in the section below. Royce (talk) 05:34, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
Note that I accidentally created the unified account Royce Williams, which currently only exists on the projects that I wish to unify to Royce. To be clear, I only wanted to create Royce Williams to work on remaining conflicts.
Note also that I did not discover the SUL project until very recently. I had not done anything to prevent username collisions in any projects other than major English ones, because I did not realize that a single collision could stand in the way of SUL.
Because some usurpations and name changes can take unpredictable time, I have secured the Royce username (warning: slow link) across many projects (more than 500 at this writing) in order to make sure that the name-collision problem does not get any worse while SUL work is in progress. Unfortunately, this means that toolserver.org response time is increased.

Other collisions and cleanup[edit]
- Resolved: PT user page creation blocked for "page content potentially inappropriate", but no obvious quick way to request exception. Even with leaving links out, still no success.
- RU user Royce appears to have been automatically converted to SUL, as my global login is not rejected, even though there appears to be a collision with previous content (talk page started in 2005). Not sure how to contact previous owner.
- Maybe previous owner is Royce80, or user Royce80 was changed to Royce?
- contributions stopped in 2006.
- No edits appear to have been made as Royce.
