Notes:
  1. ^ SSV Ulm received no licence for the Regionalliga in the following season due to economic reasons, and therefore were to enter the fourth-division Oberliga Baden-Württemberg. However, as insolvency proceedings were opened against the club, they were guaranteed to be automatically relegated from the Oberliga. Therefore, SSV Ulm entered the fifth-division Verbandsliga Württemberg, where their reserve team had previously played.
