Chinalingaya Palem is Village Panchayat situated in Kakumanu Mandal,Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh.It is a beautiful village in which famous Rama temple is situated.The Population of the village is about nearly 1600.The main occupation of the villagers is farming.It is surrounded by villages Valluru,Kondabala Vari Palem and Pandrapadu.Nearby town to this village is Ponnuru which is around 17km away.
