Daniel Kirby Daniel P. Kirby was mayor of Williamsport, Pennsylvania from 1976-1980^[1].

Kirby, a native of Williamsport, was married to the former Mary E. O'Dea and had six children.

As mayor, Kirby was responsible for moving city hall to the old Federal Post Office.
