This Model predominantly talks about the Business HR Metamorphosis. With help of this model we can map the current HR process maturity levels of the organisation in line with the business requirement and design to be processess depending on the business maturity levels.

The model talks about four major business arena's

[[1)Strategic capability 2)Process capability 3)People capability 4)Cultural capability']]

Each of the capability arenas are classified into various maturity levels of the business and are well defined further so that one can easily do the Gap analysis.


This model is based on " Maturity Continuum Law " school of thought with an anglo axon hybridation.

This is a very powerful concept and a real time calibration tool for gauging the HR process capability in line with the business requirements and future challenges.
