Dr. Phillip Channard, otherwise known as Channard Cenobite or The Doctor, is a fictional character from the Hellraiser film series appearing in the 1988 sequel, Hellbound: Hellraiser II portrayed by Scottish actor Kenneth Cranham. Channard is a psychiatrist with a deep obsession with the occult who helps resurrect Julia Cotton, which attracts the attention of the Cenobites.
