In this episode another character from the original comics appears in the series, it is Plastique who has enormous and desastrous powers.

Plot[edit]
Clark succeeds is rescuing Tess Mercer from an exploding bus and afterwards she calls him to her office and introduces herself as the active CEO of LutherCorp, and therefore Clark's new boss. She says that she appreciates what he has done, nevertheless, when Clark leaves she is suspecting him to hide a secret from her.
Plastique is responsible for the blast on the bus, because she wanted to get rid of Tommy who was pursuing her. Tommy died in the explosion, but Plastique is still afraid that members of Luthorcorp are chasing her. Actually Plastique intended to kill Tess through the explosion, as she tells her during a visit that Tess pays to the imprisonated Plastique. Plastique accuses her of pursuing her, but Tess replies she only wants to help her improve her powers for good. [2]
