Oshifo is a small town in the far north-western part of Namibia, located on the Angolan border. The town is found in the northern part of namibia, before reaching the ruacana waterfall.Oshifo is about 17 km from the Ruacana waterfall.The town is in the Ruacana consituency near onesi.This town is a developing town with the population of less than 10 000 thousands people.Ruacana,is situated in the Omusati Region and well-known for its waterfall.Oshifo is home to a wide variety of people, including Ovambo, Otjiherero, OvaHimba, Ovadhemba,and Afrikaner.There are many rural villages and schools in the bush surrounding Ruacana Town. The town consists of modern houses,shops,a hospital,a soccer field and the netball court.Oshifo consist of a pre-primary, primary and combined school for the community's youth. --211045888 Shilongo (talk) 07:00, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
