RUET Career Forum[edit]
The RUET Career Forum (RCF) is a student organization founded by students of Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) in 2014. RCF is a non-profit organization based in the Rajshahi area of Bangladesh.[1] With a membership exceeding 500 individuals, including both general and executive members, it is one of the largest clubs within RUET.
The club's principle is "Excellence is our obligation."[1] RCF organizes various events such as seminars, workshops, and competitions focused on career development and professional skills throughout the year.[2] These events include sessions on academic writing, presentation skills, and career advice aimed at preparing its members for their professional careers. The club also organizes an annual Career Fair, where HR representatives from various companies recruit recent graduates from RUET.

RUET Career Forum was founded in 2014 by students from the 2011-12 series. Tariqul Shohan (CE 2010-11 series) served as the founding president, with Abdul Mobin (GCE 2011-12 series) as co-founder and Vice-President, and Tasin Mim (CE 2011-12 series) as the founding General Secretary. The club was created to provide career development resources and support to RUET students.
Structure[edit]
To streamline its operations and focus on different skill sets, RCF is divided into four specialized teams:[3]
- Business and Marketing Team: This team handles initiatives related to entrepreneurship and professional growth. They organize events such as startup competitions, poster presentations, and business case studies. The team also develops marketing strategies and manages the club's social media presence.
- Design Team: Responsible for visual communication and aesthetics, this team covers topics including typography, color theory, and graphic design for club-related materials.
- Content Team: This team produces the club's annual magazine, promotional materials, official documents, and contributes to academic publications.
- Development Team: Oversees the club's website, ensuring its functionality, and provides technical instruction in web development.
