Introduction[edit source]

Picture of Nobita and Takeshi Gouda ADD refers to Attention Deficit Disorder, which is attention deficit disorder; ADHD refers to Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, commonly known as hyperactivity disorder in hyperactive children. The former refers to the character of Nobita in the book; he is not easy to concentrate, loose and often fails to do things, which makes him easy to be bullied. The latter is similar to Takeshi Gouda’s personality settings in the book, impulsive, not easy to calm, and have a tendency of violent. He is a hyperactive boy[1] who bullies other classmates.

Origin[edit source] Japanese psychiatrists noticed the performance of Nobita and Takeshi Gouda on TV animations and original comics. This Japanese psychiatrist was called Shiba Rieko and was a doctor of medicine. This expert's contribution to the Japanese psychiatric community is to uniformly name children and adolescents' attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or attention deficit disorder and other related symptoms as "Nobita and Takeshi Gouda Syndrome." After the "Nobita and Takeshi Gouda Syndrome" was named, it was included in the fourth edition of the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Psychiatry" (DSM), the authoritative diagnostic standard of global psychiatry. After that, the "Nobita and Takeshi Gouda Syndrome" caused all walks of life around the world. Strong attention.

In "Doraemon", the rehearsal and setting of Nobita and Takeshi Gouda is also something that some people think is inappropriate. They believe that students should not read such books that show bullying on campus, which is likely to cause bullying in elementary school students. However, some people in the category evaluation argued that Nobita had the assistance of Doraemon. Takeshi Gouda had a deep sense of justice and should not have any influence. Simultaneously, in the long novel, many plots reveal the perseverance and courage hidden on the other side of Nobita, instead of realizing that Nobita is equal to the target of bullying. Takeshi Gouda is not just the one who deceives Nobita; maybe because Nobita is the protagonist of most of the stories, many more people who Takeshi Gouda deceives than other characters.

Symptoms[edit source] According to the psychiatrist Shiba Rieko, the main clinical symptoms of ADHD are difficulty concentrating, thinking quickly, and being very active, unable to control oneself, affecting regular study and live performance. It is very consistent with Nobita's personality in TV animation and comics. And Takeshi Gouda's inability to control his desire for possessiveness, appetite for destruction, and frequent bullying of his classmates can also be linked to obstacles related to adolescents' mental and behavioural development.

Although many fans of "Doraemon" will object to this collective term because Nobita and Takeshi Gouda are just fictional characters, Mr. Fujiko designed these characters with many characters and behaviour problems. They wanted to reflect these characters. However, if parents, in reality, find that their children have mental performance and behavioural characteristics like Nobita and Fat Hu, then parents should still pay attention. Because attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is not funny, interesting things in "Doraemon" will be very disturbing in reality.

Treatments[edit source] Michael Posner, a well-known American psychologist, divides people's "attention" into three types based on years of research: alertness, attention shift, and conflict resolution:

Vigilance -- to detect information at any time; Attention shift -- can bend and stretch and can freely divert attention between two things that need attention; Conflict resolution -- when there is a lot of information competing in the environment, we can choose what to pay attention to and inhibit the processing of other information. For example, children lose everything, forget to take homework after school, and fail to memorize schoolbags; or they are very careless when doing questions and exams and make some simple mistakes. These are all unconscious detections of information, and we most often complain, children. During class and study, I have a small business and constantly bump into each other. This means that I have not ruled out the interference of toys, mobile phones or other environmental changes, so I can't concentrate on my study.

So what kind of methods can improve children's attention? Experts say that the best way is to play games. For example, we can use "Spot the difference" game to increase children's alertness. One person has a book in his hand, but not the other. In such exercises, let the children connect to their daily experiences through pictures and learn to consciously check at any time to see if the things they want to bring are missing.

Similarly, if the child's problem is forgetting to turn off the TV, it can be that one of the two pictures has a picture on the TV and the other does not. See if the child can notice such an abnormality. It may not be easy to buy these pictures on the market. Mom and dad can take photos by themselves and make a comparative version, and the children will play more vigorously.
