I think Anti-Islamic terrorism is an easy-to-understand concept[a] when you look at a list of the events that seem to qualify. Here's a few from 2019 that are notable to me; there are surely many others, depending on definitions/ parameters. Since this sort of list doesn't have a home on the main space of wikip, it won't be easily found by someone trying to google it.
