Jim Koch Artist/Designer - June~ 2013 A Artist, illustrator, painter, & apparel designer for the past 30 years. Experience has been in many various forms of graphic design, from screen printing in high school to commercial advertising with ad agencies all over the world. Jim's passion however, lies with technical fashion and apparel graphics. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the Action Sports Industry and the speed/hot rod markets-in both design and development. High-end motocross riding gear, full helmet and glove design to creating designs for wet & dry suits for the watersports market. In addition to the Action Sports markets, Jim also creates full tour merch for bands all over the world and makes and builds designer toys and action figures: Qee / Toy2R® Super Rad Toys®, Mimobot®.

Toys Kill featuring the original art and toy customs of Jim Koch and the racy photography of Justice Howard opens at Meltdown on Saturday, October 6th. We had the opportunity for a behind-the-scenes look at the show and came away impressed. Working with clients as diverse as FOX Racing, WWF, Interscope Records, Marvel Comics, and Motley Crue, Jim currently runs his own design firm in the Northwest, doing toys, cartoons, and always apparel.
