Lleida.net is a digital witness operator and a telecommunications  operator offering electronic communications for professionals and individuals. As digital witness operator it provides documentary evidence of the communication with the same legal value as those documents sent in hard copies

The company is ISO27001: 2013 certified and at present is a dual listed company both in the Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB)[2] and Euronext Growth[3].


Timeline

1995: Became  one of the first Internet service providers in Spain.

2002: The first SMS was sent from their servers.

2005: Obtains the authorisation of the “Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones” (Commission of the Telecommunications Market) to offer services as a telecommunications operator.

2007: First Registered SMS is sent.

2008: GSMA members.

2011: Delivery of the first Registered email.

2012: Delivery of the first Registered SMS contract and Registered inbox.

2013: Delivery of the first Registered email contract, and Stamp ID Lleida.net.

2014: Connectaclick, online contracting platform.

2015: Listed on the Spanish Alternative Stock Market (MAB).

2016: Connectaclick Basic, Connectaclick SaaS version it-evolves to Click & Sign Pro.

2017: RIU - Remote Identification Unit . It-evolves to eKYC.

2018: Click & Sign and eKYC.

2018: Listed on Euronext Growth. Becomes a DLC.

Lleidanetworks Serveis Telematics S.A. is a Spanish based  company. Since its very beginning, the company developed innovation projects, which led to detect an opportunity in the SMS market and to request the mandatory authorization as an operator to the Market Commission of the Telecommunications 2005 (currently integrated in the National Commission of Markets and Competition or CNMC).

Thereafter, Lleida.net became the first SMS operator in Spain, with the SMS as main service and the first operator committed to certification services[4].

In 2008 the company joins the GSMA as Associate Member (Global System for Mobile Communications Association) thus leading the company to pave the way for international SMS traffic.

Globalization

Being  dully authorized to provide electronic communications and to negotiate interconnection with other providers in the European Union[5], its suite of services run at global scale. Lleida.net is an Eidas qualified company[6], so no court of the European Union may question its documentary evidence in the event of any legal procedinigs, eIDAS regulation  applies in all EU member states[7], overriding national law in case of conflict.

Currently with 19 offices Lleida ,Madrid,London, Miami, Paris, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá[8], São Paulo, Tokyo, Santo Domingo, Cape Town, Montevideo, Johannesburg, San José, Lima, Beirut, Dubai, Ciudad de México and Gaborone.
