{{Multiple issues|notability=April 2009}} BookArmy is an independent social networking website and book recommendation tool for readers.

After being in private beta for some months the site went live in February 2009, though remains in its beta phase.[1] It is owned by HarperCollins UK and Fleming Media.[2] BookArmy carries every English language book with an ISBN, and features pages for around six million books and authors. Site users can discuss and review titles, record their own personal book collection and create reading lists.[3] All data is collected from Nielson.[4]

The bookarmy team identify their aim as being: "to create a site where all of the world's books and authors are cleverly interconnected - where you can see what your favourite authors are reading and where you and your friends, family or classmates can read books together."[5]
