Hello from New Zealand,

Just a shortlist of what I am known for on the internet. Since 2000 I have been writing fanfiction in several fandoms, also making my own webpages to house a number of different fandoms over the years. Most are no longer available, one was given over to fans of the fandom to manage and continue to contribute too, another was created to house an archive of my writing which houses the accumulation of my work from 2000 to the present day. I've been on a number of platforms like Livejournal, Wordpress, Pinterest, Facebook for example, and still contribute to stories archives Archive Of Our Own and Fanfiction.net right up to recently. Fandom I have written for: Land of the Giants (1969 US TV Series) Follyfoot (1971 UK TV Series) Peter Pan (2003 US Movie) Primeval (2007 UK TV Series) Beauty and the Beast (2012 US TV series) Zoo (2015 US TV Series) All my stories are epics, for the most part. I write romantic adventures featuring and focused on a particular couple, giving them lots to do beyond the limits of the original source material.

I am related to a minor celebrity in the Lord Of The Rings world - My elder sister - Mary Maclachlan - who was a senior sculptor/bigature creator for Weta Workshop working with Richard Taylor and Peter Jackson from 1988 until 2005 on many of their productions during that period. She also sculpted many of the Environment miniatures for Sideshow Toys including The Argonaths, Orthanc, Weather Top and others, some in collaboration with other artists. Refer to IMBd for credits to some of them. Mary is now retired but still continues to make scale models for display at local Model Shows held annually.

Apart from writing I also craft Steampunk outfits/gowns to wear to my local Steampunk group that I had a hand in creating back in 2012 near where I live. I use materials and accessories sourced from all the Op shops in and around my town, the need for large quantities of material provided by patterned and plain sheets and duvets, curtaining, cushion covers, and pillowcases. My decorative theme for the gowns is Butterflies, each outfit having one of the insects featured in some way, often on the hats and other accessories that make up the finished ensemble. As a future project, I am hoping to have a photoshoot done of the gowns, my daughter standing in as the photographer, before too long so I can create a webpage to showcase them and share with everyone.
