Gudrun Corvinus (1932-2006) was a Polish-born paleoanthropologist. Corvinus attended the University of Bonn, where she completed her academic degrees and performed her research and studies were in geology, vertebrate paleontology and Paleolithic out of the University of Tubingen, Germany. Specifically, her work and research consisted of studying Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleolithic Archaeology in areas of Africa, India, Tibet and Nepal. Her interests for music, culture, people and travelling combined with her passion for science, lead her to work in the field in many different countries. Corvinus was in fact competent in all three disciplines of Geology, Paleontology and Archaeology and often worked alone in the field. [1]
