Wijesinghe Mudiyanselage Sumudu Prasadini Wijesignhe was born in 1989. She hails from Dodamgaslanda Kugunegala.
Sumudu Started her career as a Model and later moved on to the areas of Acting , TV presenting , Motivational speaking and also as a figurehead for charity work.
Sumudu is a triple crown holder with Winning the Miss Perfect crown in 2011 (organized by Fitness First). Miss Sri Lanka for Miss world 2012 and also Mrs Sri Lanka for Mrs World 2018.
After winning the Miss Sri Lanka World in 2012 and Mrs Sri Lanka World in 2018, Sumudu becomes the 2nd Beauty Queen in Sri Lankan history to win both Miss Sri Lanka and Mrs Sri Lanka Titles after 33 years where Madam Rosy Senanayake won the first Mrs World competition in 1985 and also competed as Miss Sri Lanka in Miss World 1980.
Miss World 2012[edit]
Sumudu Prasadini won the Miss Sri Lanka for Miss world title in 2012 with 4 Mini titles under her belt. Best Figure , Best hair , Best National costume , Best Jewelry Model.
Sumudu Represented Sri Lanka in Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in China on August 18.
Mrs World 2018[edit]
Sumudu Prasadini also wins the Mrs Sri Lanka for Mrs World title in 2018 with 5 Mini titles. Best Figure , Best hair , Best National costume , Most Popular , Best Catwalk.
Sumudu Prasadini to Represent Sri Lanka in China from 3rd January to 13th at Mrs World 2018.

Sumudu is an active member in the Mawatha social workers organization and is a very religious personality.
