Susan Schneegans (née Nisbet) is the Editor-in-Chief of the UNESCO Science Report series, which monitors global trends and developments in science, technology and innovation policy and governance every five years. Based at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, she has been responsible for producing the last three reports in the series, published in 2005, 2010 and 2015.

From 2002 to 2013, she was also the editor of UNESCO's quarterly journal, A World of Science, which appeared in six languages at one point and was distributed in 193 countries. The archives may be accessed freely on UNESCO's portal.[1]

Susan Schneegans was born in New Zealand.
