  • 01:14, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – Signpost: namespace. The Signpost has long outgrown the Wikipedia: namespace. It is a walled garden that is isolated from everything else in the Wikipedia: namespace.
  • 01:15, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – When the webpage of a piece loads, similar to a section redirect, jump down to have The Signpost header appear at the top. The reader can scroll up to view the Wikipedia header if they wish.
  • 01:16, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – Column titled 'Gazette' which includes all of the recent newsletters (such as Administrators' newsletter and The Bugle). I believe the Admin newsletter is updated monthly, so if there are two issues of The Signpost in the same month, it'll be the same in both.
  • 01:18, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – Retire signpost.news website as an unnecessary duplicate. Keep the domain and mask the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost part, so links to Wikipedia can also be masked as https://en.signpost.news/2024-01-01/Discussion_report.
  • 01:21, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – Create usergroup 'Signposter' and restrict viewing of some Signpost pages to writers of The Signpost. I believe this is already technically possible in MediaWiki. It is confusing to me why the pieces are public before they are published.
  • 01:56, 7 July 2024 (UTC) – Create scroll subscription template by series. Readers have different interests. Like on my userpage (which is a hodgepodge mess) those who subscribe to 'hoaxes' and/or 'arbitration' will only see those pieces in their template.
