Swbailey97128 - I am the Curator for the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. As such, I am responsible for the museum's aviation and space artifact collection, as well as all archives and holdings. Previous to this, I was the Education Director for the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum (Air Zoo) in Kalamazoo, Michigan (2003-2008), and Excutive Director of the Michigan Space & Science Center in Jackson, Michigan (1996-2003). Prior to that, I was an exhibit graphic designer for the Cranbrook Institute of Science in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (1988-1994). Overall, I have 20 years of museum experience in the science, aviation and spaceflight fields.

I have a life-long interest in aviation and spaceflight and have written articles for magazines including Michigan Business, Air Combat, Aviation Art, and Quest: the Magazine of Space History. I have also been a photographic contributer to a number of books and magazines. I am a member of the International Plastic Modelers Socitey.
