Career[edit]

Haley is a businessman, previously serving in the Greater Manchester Prison Service

His ventures have involved forming a vape company that sell product to the NHS, aswell as prototype developments for bio-degradable anti-suicide razers to be used in prison services[2]

Political Involvement[edit]

On 25th May 2024, previous PCC for Scunthorpe was deselected due to falling ill, with Haley replacing him due to being the reserve PCC for Scunthorpe

Haley has since campaigned as a PCC for Scunthorpe, holding meetings in local pubs such as the Priory and the Green Tree

He claims his goal is not to win, but to demolish the two party system in Scunthorpe, believing that Nic Dakin is not representative of Scunthorpe, due to him being a remainer, in a constituency where 66% of the council ward voted to leave the EU[3]
