Summit Creek Utah[edit]

Summit Creek Utah is a master-planned community located in Woodland Hills, Utah in Utah County owned by Panthera Development, LLC.^[1] Woodland Hills is situated in the foothills of Loafer Mountain in the Wasatch Mountain Range and is a part of the Provo–Orem Metropolitan area on the southern end of Utah County, Utah. At the 2020 census, Woodland Hills had a population of 1,521. Woodland Hills has an elevation or 5,331’. Summit Creek Utah, also known as “Summit Creek,” features approximately ^[2]30 completed homes and another 90 in in planning or development.

Loafer Clubhouse[edit]

The Loafer Clubhouse is owned by the Summit Creek Homeowners Association Inc and features open spaces for residents, event areas, and a fitness center on the bottom level.

Summit Springs Pool Complex[edit]

The Summit Springs Pool Complex is owned by the Summit Creek Homeowners Association Inc ^[3]and features a 25 meter lap pool, a hot tub, waiting pool, and general use pool area^[4]. The complex also features locker rooms, showers, and a large, elevated sundeck.
