Theodore T. Winsley Sr., “Pastor Ted” as he is affectionately called, has been chaplain to the players of the Philadelphia Eagles since 2001. In addition, Ted and his wife Dawn pastor a non-denominational, multi-ethnic Bible-based church located in Voorhees, New Jersey.

            Pastor Ted’s vision is to help others out of bondage and pain and into liberty found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. He loves to be used by God, and lives to disciple and mentor others. He is a passionate preacher and teacher who loves to convey biblical truths in a way that transforms lives. 

            Pastor Ted has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Delaware State University, a Pastoral Certificate and Associates Degree from Vision International University and is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership at Liberty University. 

            Pastor Ted has been married to Dawn, his college sweetheart, since 1993. He is the proud father of two children, Tierra and Theodore II, and grandfather to Jonathan.
