User:The Baroness of Morden

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Baroness of Morden is twenty-two years old, and likes words more than she likes pictures.
She does not currently reside in Morden, nor plans to do so, after considering Lewisham as a possible location to live.

The Baroness of Morden often gets a bit emotional and thinks she is very, very funny, although these two things are not related to each other (perhaps).

The primary reason for The Baroness of Morden creating a Wikipedia account was to correct the occasional spelling, punctuation and typographical error noticed when reading various articles. Since creating the account, The Baroness of Morden has realised that this is the only type of edit she is capable of making, as she does not posess significant knowledge of any subject to be able to contribute to the growth of Wikipedia as far as creating and expanding articles is concerned.

However, most recently, The Baroness of Morden has started to try to look at articles - rather than happening upon those containing mistakes - with the intention of making them better. For example, the Baroness occasionally looks at the list of articles that need to be copyedited (or those that need cleaning up), to find something that she can work on. As a result of this, she has also started to refer more to the Wikipedia help pages in order to better understand how to use Wikipedia. The Baroness has also started to read articles relating to Oxford.

These are the pages that the Baroness finds difficult to find again when she most needs to do so:

To do[edit]

The Baroness of Morden has tried to resist creating a "to do" section on her user page, but has now given in because it seems an apt thing to do. So, if ever bored, The Baroness of Morden could work on the following articles:
South East London - "South East", "south east" or "south-east", even?
Borough Market—references.
Is placing tags in an article considered a minor edit? Is removing vandalism?
Heythrop Hall—references.
Kassam Stadium—references.
Ben's Cookies— do they really have stores in Saudi Arabia?
Jericho Tavern—references.
Nathaniel Gleed...
Are post towns supposed to be written (in the info boxes) in upper case?
Headington—references.
Cowley, Oxfordshire—missing commas.
Friars Walk—references.
Boxed In—needs to be wikified.
