New joiners on a corporate floor are easily influenced by the already existing negative atmosphere in a firm. This usually happens due to lack of Corporate floor awareness leading to rising level of drop outs irrespective of insufficient experience gained leading to personal loss occurring due to instability in a job We at Wise Archer have designed a programme with the objective of creating this lacking awareness among the potential brilliances on any job floor whilst providing complete pre-and post-recruitment assistance in the context.
