This template is not blank, it adds a little icon in the top-right corner. See? The icon indicates that the user is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. This template should only be used in user space.
Parameters[edit]
All parameters are optional, the default is used if the parameter isn't specified. See Template:Top_icon#Usage for more info.
