Real Name: Banele Bafana Mpembe otherwise known as "ThisGuySA".

His journey to the top started in a backyard shack whilst staying in a small town called Edenville in the northern part of the Free State. It is a journey filled with colourful and equally inspiring untold stories.

His love for music started way back, I want to believe that he was around 6 years old when he would use any tool to make music, it might have not made sense the it might even have not I spires confidence that in the end there's a future that can arise out of it.

Today we speak about a recording artist, who co-owns a production company and has actually been nominated on a few occasions to justify the quality in his music.

Strongly rooted in Christianity, he grew up in a Christian family and this values can be heard in his music and are also visible in his conduct and manner of doing things.

Banele was recently nominated in the Live Your Dream SA Youth Awards, SAUMA Awards, 011 Awards and later on, in fact just recently he won an award in the Makoya Entertainment Awards for the best project and on the former the nomination was for the best upcoming Male artist.

He might not have won the LYD award but his maiden album was so good enough to warrant a nomination.

Banele is an epitome of hardwork an embodiment of faith and a proper depiction of what Favour is.

This young dynamic artist offered his maiden album and titled it The Genesis both to espiuse his beginning and to also honor God for the talent he gave him.
