Introduction

Thuam Cin Khai, was born on November 29, 1974 at Voklaak Village, near by Siallum fortress, Siyin (Sizang) valley, Tedim Township, Chin State, Myanmar. He is the youngest son of Mr. Kham Khua Khai and Khai Khua Cing (deceased). His brothers are Mr. Lun Khan Nang (h/o Cing Thian Pau), and Pastor Ngo Lamh Cin (Former Evangelist of Thuklai AG Section, and Pastor of Voklaak AG Church).

Thuam married to Mang Lam Nuam on May 29, 1997, daughter of Cin Lian Pau (Health Assistant Retired), and Vung Khua Huai, Kaley, Saggaing Division, Myanmar. They have five daughters and a son namely Rachael Cing Nuam Khai (born on February 16, 1998 at Paukkaung, Bago Division, Myanmar), Grace Huai Nuam Khai (born on May 23, 2004 at Iloilo City, Philippines), Mary Nuam Khai (born on October 9, 2005 at Iloilo, Philippines), Joseph Thuam Khai (a son born on May 4, 2007 at Thanlyin, Yangon Division, Myanmar), Hannah Pau Nuam Khai (born on September 19, 2010 and Sarah Nuam Khai (born on July 2, 2012) at Syracuse, New York, USA).


Educational Attainment

Thuam educated at Voklak Primary School, Limkhai Middle School, and Thuklai High School all in Siyin Valley, Tedim Township, Chin State, Myanmar. Thuam passed his high school, and then attended Faith Baptist Bible College[1] in Tedim for four consecutive years and graduated Bachelor of Arts [2] major in Biblical Studies on March 7, 1997. He graduated Bachelor of Science [3] major in Community and Human Services Administration specialized in Health Care Administration from State University of New York [4], on January 1, 2015. He is pursuing MS in Non-Profit and Association Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus[[5]] and Doctor of Philosophy in the integration of Religion and Society at Omega Graduate Schoo [[6]], Dayton, TN.

Thuam has studied his education in the Philippines and South Korea (1999-2007). He graduated Master of Arts in Theology from Asian Center for Theological Studies and Mission [7] of Asia United Theological University, Seoul-Yangpyong Campus, South Korea on September 18, 2001. He also graduated Master of Divinity [8] at Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary [9], Baguio City, Philippines on March 8, 2003. Then did pursue doctoral study at Central Philippine University [10], Iloilo City, Philippines as a recipient of Leadership Development Grant of International Ministries of ABC-USA [11] as well as Prospect Burma [12], and he graduated Doctor of Education major in Educational Administration and Supervision on May 17, 2007. Right after his graduation from Korea, he did a doctoral research degree through distance education at Vision International University [13], Ramona, CA and he graduated Doctor of Philosophy[14] major in Christian Education[15] on May 26, 2007.


Ministry Involvement

Thuam was an inland missionary working with Chin (Zomi) Baptist Convention, Falam, Chin State to Asho Chins and Planted Asho Baptist Church in, Sai Pit Ein, Paukkaung, Pyay District, Bago Division from 1997-1999 in Myanmar. Thereafter graduation from PBTS, Baguio he taught at South Baptist School of Theology and served as Founding President of Ciimnuai Zomi Philippines (now Zomi Innkuan Philippines) in Manila, Philippines. He was Interim Principal from 2006 and then from 2007 June, he was installed as Vice-Principal cum Dean of Studies as well as teaching and administering at All Nations Theological Seminary[16], Thanlyin, Yangon Division, Myanmar (ANTS is a member school of Myanmar Baptist Convention [17], Department of Theological Education, Chin (Zomi) Baptist Convention and Siyin Region Baptist Association; affiliated to Myanmar Institute of Theology[18] and a member school of Association for Theological Education in Myanmar[19]).

Thuam was a resource person to Literacy for Cultural Minorities of Myanmar Council of Churches [20], visiting professor to Methodist Theological Institute, Thanlyin, and accepted to teach at Myanmar Evangelical Graduate School of Theology (MEGST) [21], Yangon but not assume position due to his migration to the United States. Since April 2008 Thuam involved as a Committee Member of Finance, Personnel, and Property of Association for Theological Education in Myanmar [22] and Co-author of Bible Study Lesson for 2008 of Myanmar Baptist Convention. He is now serving as Acting Committee of Burmese Siyin Development Foundation in North America. He organized and Chairman of the Advisory Board and President of New York State Zomi Community (Innkuan) which is a member cultural organization of Zomi Community USA Inc.[23]. Recently resigned his post as Associate General Secretary and Secretary of Education of Zomi Community, the USA due to the urgency of Judson Education Center Inc and ministering as Pastor to Siyin Chin Baptist Church [24].

This is Thuam's chapter of life in North America that from October 2008 to February 2009, he served as interim minister at Sizang Burmese Mission Church [25] Potomac, MD, USA. Recently he was ministering to Burmese Service as Assistant Pastor of Lyncourt Wesleyan Church [26], Syracuse, New York. However, Thuam focused on the Burmese Bible School and Church Planting among Burmese people and served as Dean and Ordained minister of the Wesleyan Church, USA [27] started as licensed minister on March 1, 2009, and ordained minister on June 19, 2010. Then, he was recognized as an Ordained Minister by Advisory Board for Ordination of District Columbia Baptist Convention [28] and American Baptist Churches, USA. He helped and supervised planted Myanmar Christian Fellowship, Milwaukee, WI under the supervision of Wisconsin District of Wesleyan Church, and Matu Christian Church, Syracuse, NY worship at Midler-Avenue Wesleyan Church which affiliated to Central New York District of Wesleyan Church and then supervised Matu Christian Church, Buffalo, NY. Currently, he is serving as Pastor to Siyin Chin Baptist Church [29] in Metro Capital Area which is affiliated to District of Columbia Baptist Convention, Mid-Maryland Baptist Association, and American Baptist Churches, USA. From November 10, 2012, he was appointed as Second Lieutenant and promoted First Lieutenant: Reserve Commissioned Officer of US Army [30] Chaplain Corps [31]


Conclusion

Thuam has called to minister multinational immigrants and reorganized BBS as Judson Education Center Inc. (JEC) aka Judson Bible College & Seminary [32], and now has more than forty students enrolled at four teaching-sites. JEC Inc (formerly BBS) is planning to have one hundred graduates before the end of 2015 in ten different teaching sites as the teaching-site of Davis College[33], Johnson City, New York, Certified by Seminary Extension [34] Ministers' Network and Teaching The Word Ministries, Leola, PA [35]. Since January 2011, the Milwaukee, WI and Buffalo, NY teaching-sites were added. Then, Metro Capital Area Teaching-site started on March 10, 2012, by the kind cooperation of Mid-Maryland Baptist Association. However, Forth Wayne was started in January 2013 and Indianapolis, Indiana; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Wheaton, IL; Providence, RI and High Point, NC teaching-sites are being planned. Throughout these past four years, JEC Inc. (BBS) was closely working with FLAME, Education and Ministry of the Wesleyan Church and cooperated by Central New York District of the Wesleyan Church [36], the Frontier Baptist Association helped Buffalo, NY teaching-site. From 2013, JEC Inc. aka Judson Bible College & Seminary registered as a non-profit educational and religious organization in the State of Maryland to function as a training agency for multi-ethnic immigrants especially Burmese ministers and missionaries in North America.

By the grace of God and the helped of LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing [37] published his book entitled Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) among Administrators [38],and it is now on sale [39] Thuam motto in life is to live as a blessing for others and witnesses for Christ and His Kingdom by Equipping the Saints, Sharing Faith, and Discipling Neighbors.
