Please refer to the user page of my global account, which will be used instead of this one beginning with September 2010: Torsten Wittmann talk.

The global account, which was not available in my Wiki beginnings, allows me to use the same account and name for all languages. In addition, the addendum "Karlsruhe" of my old English account doesn't make sense anymore since I moved to Stuttgart.

[edit]

My name is Torsten Wittmann. I was born in Villingen (Germany), I have lived a long time in Karlsruhe and, in 2010, moved to Stuttgart, in the West of Germany. I am 57 years old. I am a philologist but work for a printing company.

I see myself as an expert on literature in the German and French languages. So don't ask me other things, I will only contribute to literary pages, especially when they speak about German or French writers.

In Karlsruhe, some friends of mine and me have founded a Literature Interest Group. We meet several times per year and talk about the books we read. Sometimes we invite authors and organize public literature lectures. Actually, we are four persons in this group.
