YouTube

A YouTuber is anyone who has made their fame from creating and promoting videos on the public video-sharing site, YouTube. Many YouTube celebrities have made a profession from their site through sponsorships, advertisements, product placement, and network support.

Youtube Channel Categories.

• Auto & Vehicles, a category that covers any form of motor transportation, including, but not limited to: Aircraft, Bicycles, Motor vehicles, Railed vehicles, Spacecraft, Wagons, and Warcraft.
• Beauty & Fashion showcases YouTubers that are trying to help their viewers, by passing on their knowledge in beauty, cosmetology, and fashion.
• Comedy, a category devised with the intent of making it's viewers laugh through various forms of humor and comical entertainment. There a a few channels that bridge the gap between Comedy and Music, such as Epic Rap Battles of History (ERB). (See Also Parody.)
• Cooking and Health, an two part category that both demonstrates how to prepare various specialty food, using an assortment of techniques; as well as giving the viewer pointers on bettering their personal health.
• Creator on the Rise & Artist on the Rise is a category that YouTube devised in order to give upcoming YouTubers a chance to be heard and gain fans.

• Education, a category designed to help viewers with homework, projects, and learn something new everyday.
• Film & Entertainment deals with film & cinema, both new and old, as well as non-budgeted & independent productions. The main purpose of this category is to, entertain, inform, and excite its viewers, by capturing their attention with relevant content.
• Gaming is a category consists of all things video game related. Gameplays, Let's Plays, News, Playthroughs, Reviews, and Walkthroughs, are just a handful of the different types of videos you will find.
• How-to & Style, a category that covers a broad range of topics, varying between, behaviors, instructions, interests, opinions, an orientations of an individual, group, or culture. One of the most popular channel types in this category is, Do it yourself (DIY).
• Music, a category that consist of existing musical artists, featuring their popular content. There are many who utilize the visual element of YouTube to create a narrative music video to accompany their song and further entertain their fans. YouTube, has created an app called YouTube Music that was devised with the intent of playing music and music videos.
• News & Politics, up to date coverage on the the latest news stories.
• Pets & Animals, covers all things related to the Kingdom of Animalia, as well as Zoology. While this categories initial main purpose was to educate, it has adopted a trend over the years of wacky, adorable, and hilarious animal videos, that has largely boosted its views.
• Science & Tech, a collection of videos that cover an arrangement of topics, including, procedures, repair, services, skills, and techniques, when dealing with Technology. Other videos, go into depth on innovative technology, scientific discoveries, and upcoming goods.
• Sports, a category that covers all forms of physical, competitive games and active entertainment.
• Travel & Events, whether it is business or pleasure, this category covers touring around the world. The whole purpose of this category is to, accommodate, attract, and entertain its viewers.
