Trekkwik is the online handle used by Daryl Wallace for blogging since 2005. He now blogs under reMedia8.com. Daryl is a Business Anlayst and SaaS Product Management specialist. He manages programs for the gathering of requirements, design and launch of e-commerce, websites and multi-channel customer experiences at companies worldwide. He blends a custom approach to each project including elements of Agile Software Development, UML, User Story Backlogs, Storyboarding, Rational Unified Process, Rapid Prototyping, SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies to deliver working software with engaging user experience that meets business needs.

He was born in Epsom, Surrey, is a European and subject of her majesty the Queen, graduated from Keele University with a 2nd year exchange to University of British Columbia. His interests lie within geosocial, Internet Technologies for mirroring success factors such as faceted search and collaborative crowd sourcing from wikipedia and other UGC sites in the mechanisms of growth from wikinomic systems and social entrepreneurship.

From 2010 he consulted and produced sites for yogacommunity.com in Amsterdam, launched flysouthernstar.com for Southern Star Airlines. Before 2010 he conducted analysis for Lufthansa, the Comoro Islands Airline and blogs for the Comoros at alkomor.com on news and economic development in Comoros and the West Indian Ocean region especially Seychelles, Mauritius and the Mozambique Channel. He specialises in e-commerce for aviation.
