hjRuacana Falls The Epupa Falls on the Kunene River ("Kunene" is the Angolan spelling of the river) is located 135 km downstream on the border of Angola and Namibia. A very attractive and exciting place. Epupa is a Herero work for the foam that is created by all the water that is falling on the water. Around the Epupa Falls has many colored rock walls, it also has many sorts of trees such as the wild fig, baobabs and makalani palms. This place has many spectacular sunsets and yearlong flowing waters meaning that the place is worth seeing. It is possible to swim in some of the pools, but one pool has crocodiles that people should be warned about, the Kunene River.
