User:Valereee/ACAS definition RfC

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

WP:ACAS determined there was broad consensus for defining "Article creation at scale".

Background[edit]

Issues[edit]

The community has not-unlimited capacity to patrol new articles or have deletion discussions about those which may not meet notability requirements. This causes stress to the system.

Goals[edit]

The goal of this RfC is to define the characteristics of "creation at scale" in a way that allows the community, in the next RfC, to determine how to manage creations that meet that definition in order to prevent overwhelming the community's ability to manage them. See the idea lab discussion for more.

Question[edit]

Within each proposed characteristic, the group specifying a smaller requirement would include those including that requirement, so a !vote for A.2 includes a !vote for A.1.
