Early life[edit]

Antonio’s early political views were strongly influenced by his father, who idolized 19th-century Italian nationalist figures with humanist tendencies such as Carlo Pisacane, Giuseppe Mazzini, and Giuseppe Garibaldi.

His father's political outlook combined views of Social Democratic figures such as Filippo Turati and Marxist Figures such as Nikolai Bukharin, who advocated to protect and help the peasantry rather than destroying the peasantry the military authoritarianism of Garibaldi, and the nationalism of Mazzini. Rise to Power[edit]

When he returned from service commanding Blackshirt Divisions of World War II, very little remained of Francini's Hardline Fascist stance. Indeed, he was now convinced that Fascism as a doctrine had largely been Flawed by its Totalitarianism instead, wanting more of a Inner Party Democracy Leaning more into the Syndicalist nature of 1925 Fascism. In 1949, Francini became more politically active with his position making friends with Carlo Scorza ,former Party Secretary, and Holding great influence in Mussolini's Regime and helped Mussolini after the 1950 Invasion of Mozambique by the Nazi's to centralize the support of the party and helped lay the ground work for helping Jews fleeing German Oppression. In 1952, Francini was announced Mussolini's Successor and the decision was respected by most and in 1953 Became Il Duce.
