ORTF Group (French: Groupe ORTF) is a French media holding company , the owner of 3 TV channels and 4 radio networks, making it a French broadcast monopoly.

The group was formed after he Office de Radiodiffusion-Télévision Française (ORTF) was partially privatized in 1971. It is controlled with a 43% stake by Bouygues, with the remaining percentage owned by the French state, and is quoted on Euronext Paris. All programming, and especially news broadcasts, are under minimal control of the national government.[1][2]
