Wood frame (stucco); 1 story; gable roof; 3-bays; Classical porch, 2 square posts support room which ties into wall, small metal balustrade on roof & stone porch floor. Built by Attorney John W. Rust, this building is significant as an example of the vernacular, commercial building type which characterized Fairfax's development following the installation of the trolley line. It adds visual interest to the streetscape.
