[edit]Will Tritt Is an American rapper and singer-songwriter, born in the city of Brownsville, Tennessee. After posting his music to music services like SoundCloud, he quickly decided to release music globally to music services such as Spotify And Apple Music.
Will Tritt's career began as an independent artist in 2023 under the name Lil Cope. In Early 2023, Will Tritt created Hip hop music similar to the style of the well known artist Lil Durk. But changed his style to pop starting with his song, "Done"[1] released December 29th 2024.
Early Life
[edit]William Elliot Tritt was born on May 19th, 2009 in Brownsville, Tennessee. As a child he became fond of artists like Eminem And Kevin Rudolf. He grew up with his mother and father, Stewart And Sherry Tritt and lived with 7 of 8 of his siblings. Will's mother and father are very religious and conservative; he was not allowed to listen to hip hop music. Will Tritt started listening to music regularly at a young age with a old Mac (computer).
Will Tritt started using nicotine products like cigarettes and used a Electronic cigarette in his early teens. Alcohol was a problem in his life for a good while.
He self taught himself piano at 11 years old. In grade 8, he began posting songs to YouTube which he recorded on his smartphone. Around that time, Will Tritt knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
Career
[edit]His first track, "You", was released on SoundCloud in 2023 under the name Lil Cope. Will recorded most of his first tracks on a cellphone, uploading them to SoundCloud and Youtube. He changed his name from Lil Cope, a name generated on a rap name generator, to Will Tritt. While releasing projects and songs on SoundCloud, he mostly enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend and hanging out with friends.
