Practitioners should not include specific details that the vision and mission statement should not have. For instance, there are two things required to ensure that organizations become successful, such as mission and vision statement and strategic planning. Consequently, a mission and vision statement plays a crucial role in acquiring the necessary goals and objectives needed for all the individuals in the organization. Therefore, the mission and vision statement are essential tools regarding strategic planning. In the current society, there is increasing competition globally in all organizations. Hence, supervisors in organizations should ensure that they acquire an advanced goal setting. Large and small entities can utilize the overall mission and vision statement. The principal value of a mission statement is to reveal the purpose of the industry. Therefore, the practitioners to identify the overall measurable objectives regarding a particular company use the mission statement. (Jeschke 560). The principal value of a specific company’s vision statement is to offer the workers the direction regarding how they are required to behave at the workplace. Therefore, a vision statement sharpens the workers’ focus. Hence, the principal value of a vision statement is to ascertain that it offers workers the direction in the way they are required to behave. Various companies have different visions and mission statements. In this case, the focus lies on the Coca Cola Company. The mission statement linked to Coca Cola Company has various aims such as refreshing the world, creating value, making a difference, and inspiring moments of optimism and happiness. On the other hand, the vision statement entails individuals working together to acquire the set goals within the required timeframe.
