My name is Lasu Samuel (Romeo Samuel) a competent graduate who draws his capacity from 10 years of Community development work experience having served with various Non-Governmental Organizations as IT Manager, Peace Building Officer, Field facilitator, Project Manager, HR Manager to his current role as Finance/Administration YFTC Uganda.

I am experienced in conducting assessments & making selection of suitable CBOs, Youth and Women Groups and individuals for trainings and workshops. I develop, test and improve ICT, economic recovery and peace building projects with different target groups. I regularly prepare and conduct quality trainings for various target groups / beneficiaries. I plan and monitor strategy and activities with the appropriate tools and templates. I direct and manage the overall operations of an NGO, with ability to oversee financial management ensuring quality and integrity of the systems and policies including management of contracts, procurement and operations. I give oversight support to the team in all program planning, budgeting, documentation and monitoring ensuring timely, accurate and quality financial and narrative reporting compliance with donors. Represent the organization in outside functions related to the project implemented. Support Managers in all public relation work in particular with the collection of relevant information for newsletters and specific reports. Support fund raising activities, take part in monthly protection sector meetings with stake holders and produce quality reports
