Silver City (Private) Limited[edit]

Silver City (Private) Limited is a private real estate development company in Pakistan, specifically located in the Punjab province, in the city of Rawalpindi. The housing scheme known as Silver City is situated at Girja Road near the Thalian Interchange, encompassing the areas of Ghariba, Jattal, and Ranial. The geographical coordinates for Silver City are 33.549532 latitude and 72.945073 longitude.

Incorporation and Registration[edit]

Silver City was incorporated on 14 June 2022 by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in its Islamabad office. The developers behind this project are Laaraib Associates & Developers Private Limited, who are also the owners of Silver City. On the same day, the trade mark for Silver City was registered by the Government of Pakistan's Intellectual Property Organization (IPO), and it was also registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under registration number 9679277.

Development and Approval[edit]

The total land area of Silver City is 241.14 Kanal, which has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). However, there is an additional 10,000 Kanal of unapproved land. The layout plan for the approved land can be found on the RDA’s official website. The water level at the site is approximately 100 feet deep (0.03048 kilometers).

Location and Connectivity[edit]

Silver City's prime location at Girja Road near the Thalian Interchange offers excellent connectivity. It is situated close to major infrastructural developments which include:

Rawalpindi Ring Road
Thalian Interchange
CDA Sector I-16 (with future plans to be directly connected via a road)
Islamabad International Airport, which is just a 5-minute drive away

Development and Amenities[edit]

Silver City is currently under development, with ongoing efforts to provide modern infrastructure and facilities. The project has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Roots International Schools & Colleges, ensuring quality educational institutions within close proximity. The society promises international standard amenities, including recreational areas, healthcare facilities, and commercial centers.
