Youssef Majzoub has more than 21 years of successful experience in multinational companies and multinational brands, providing strategic and operations leadership. Developed and implemented new projects for international brands in the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf regions.

Implemented effective strategies and developed new companies from scratch and leveraged new business / market opportunities. Managing all aspects of business development, HR, Training, marketing and F&B operations for large international chains, responsible for budgeting and forecasting of sales and revenue and managing P&L. Implemented projects from concept to fully and timely operational status. Negotiated contracts and find potential franchisees in different markets across the MENA region.

Repeatedly increased turnover, market share, brand awareness and profitability in varied locations throughout career. Formulated, wrote, and implemented new operations manuals. Attended trainings in Singapore, London, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Cyprus, Lebanon, Egypt, Dubai & Japan. Youssef holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the American University of Cultural & Education (AUCE), as he also holds Diploma in Hospitality Management from the American Hotel & Motel Association (AHMA).
