Act IBold text

Act I Starts off with Flint explaining that Andre was much more than just a secretary to Mr. Faulkner. Flint has witnesses, startingg with a Dr. Whom examines Fulkner dead body. His testemony says that its impossible to determine weather Mr. Faulkner was dead before he landed in the floor or the wound caused by a bullet in his chest. Someone whom is at the penthouse as a night watcher tells what she sees according to what she remembers. A private investigator is next, he whom was hired to follow every step of Mr. Faulkner and report detailed to Nancy Lee Faulkner who happens to had hired him one day after their marriage. A policeman is called up next, he found a “suicide note”. Faulkner had a very religious housekeeper whom strongly disagrees with various scenes that Mr, Faulkner and Andre had. Nancy Lee Faulkner, testifies about their her merriage The act ends with Andre speaking out of turn to accuse Nancy Lee of lying. Act IIItalic text Second act kicks off with Flint calling John Graham Whitfield, hes Nancy's father and president of Whitfield National Bank. He says that he made a large loan Faulkner. Attorney Stevens believes that John Graham Whitefield used that money to buy her daughter a fake husband. A Handwriting expert testifies on how she examined the writing, and proved that it was not Faulkner’s witting. Then Andre defends herself. She says she did not get mad at the fact that she was hes wife. Before she started, Attorney Flint receives a call where who someone say not to put andre on the stand till this annonymous person shows up. After andre starts testyfying her testimony is interrupted by the arrival of Larry "Guts" Regan, a gangster. He tells Andre that Faulkner is dead. Andre is shocked by this news because she didn't know she was on trial for Faulkner’s death, and refuses to believe.

Act III Andre is still testifying at this point of act III. I ought to find out that Faulkner and Regan had planned this whole fraud to get away with whitfield's money. I also found out that Faulkner was not supposed to be dead, something went wrong that he never meet up at the place he was according to Andre, but not only that, Faulkner gave Regan a check and it was when he was last seen. Regan received money to not speak a word of what ever happened to anyone.
