User:Ocnerosti shows an editing pattern that is almost the same as that of User:Ami Deutshe, a blocked sockpuppet of prolific sockmaster User:Chaosname.

In late February 2012, User:Ami Deutshe, a sockpuppet of User:Chaosname, edited warred with me and several other editors to remove the word "federal" from the article Soviet Union.[1] [2] [3].

After reverts by myself and User:Lovok Sovok, WP:RS evidence for the use of "federal" in the lede was provided through two references from each of us [4] [5] and four out of six users who participated in the discussion I initiated agreeing that this was appropriate (see Talk:Soviet Union). Following Ami Deutshe's block as a sockpuppet of Chaosname shortly thereafter, User:Ocnerosti arrived on 5 March to make the same removal of the term "federal" from where Ami Duetshe left off and never actually adding anything to the talk page in support:

Somewhat similar edits were earlier made by Chaosname sockpuppet User:Haspratorkå [11], who removed "federation" from the infobox.

Aside from the identical editing pattern on Soviet Union by both Ocnerosti and confirmed Chaosname sock Ami Deutshe and near-identical editing with sock Haspratorkå, User:Ocnerosti demonstrates an interest in Nazism and the Middle East, having edited:

Chaosname's various socks persistently edited in these areas: e.g., User:Germanlight on

User:Xaxosax on

The sockmaster, Chaosname, also demonstrated an early interest in tinkering with

Ocnerosti shares this interest, too:

Dozens of other diffs instantiating this pattern can be provided, but I will refrain since there are dozens of other Chaosname socks with hundreds of edits whose editing pattern is essentially identical. As seen from the above diffs and countless others I have not linked to, the edits of Chaosname and company, the patterns for each user are many minor edits with some very disruptive reverts of edits made by other users in these areas.

Though I have been suspicious of Ocnerosti being the same person as Ami Deutshe for quite some time, I initially thought that my dispute with him could be amicably resolved by appealing to authoritative sources. When this failed, I asked Ocnerosti to either listen to the editors providing sources or be reported for disruptive behavior [44]. Instead, Ocnerosti went to AI first with an uncivil complaint accusing me of "threats" and "disruption" [45] ("he keeps edit warring over the soviet union article about the insertion of "federal" into the main lede , be will probably edit this message to pretend that i said wrong stuff , please help someone , am not sure where to say this but this needs to be somehow resolved" [sic]). There is the same feature of extra spaces around commas in Chaosname's talk page comments and edit summaries: e.g., [46] [47].

Besides me, both User:Toddy1 and User:Lothar von Richthofen [48] [49], who normally argue from two different vantage points, have noted Ocnerosti's disruption at Vladimir Putin. Zloyvolsheb (talk) 05:10, 13 April 2012 (UTC)
